With 24 years of experience in Human Resources and a specialization in the mining sector, SDS CONSULTING brings a unique perspective. The founder of SDS grew up in a gold mining town in Northwestern Ontario and worked underground to fund his education. His family worked in the mines of Red Lake for generations so mining has always been in his blood. This deep-rooted connection to mining, combined with extensive experience working with both start-up and global mining operations, as well as various First Nations communities, sets us apart.
